Frac Sand Plant Available!
Sandstone crushing frac sand plant currently available. Sold in total or in sections. Complete with MCC’s, operator houses, transformers, fresh water pumps, reclaim hoppers, and much more! Structures all included. Excellent condition, plenty of spare parts. Whole plant can be run from any of the operator locations with installed radio connections.
PRIMARY & SECONDARY
The primary feeder is a Lippman 45″x20′ grizzly feeding a Lippman 30×42 Jaw, with less than a year of operating hours. The original crusher is available as well. The secondary has two anvil style VSI’s with a Azfab 6×16 TD screen. The plant finished with a dewatering screen and slurry pump to feed the sand plant.
Sand Plant
The sand plant is a CFS twin 12×12 with 6×16 dewatering screens and two attrition mills. Also included is a 24″x225′ conveyor feeding a 280′ tripper conveyor!
Dry Plant
The dry plant starts with a 24″x432′ reclaim conveyor feeding a Stark fluid bed dryer. Once dry, the material hits 8 Longhorn dry screens before going into one of four 200 ton silos sitting over two 11’x120′ truck scales using a series of Z-conveyors.
